Copper foil tape is widely used in the fields of electronics, communication, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and new energy because of its excellent electrical conductivity, shielding effect and thermal conductivity.

Electromagnetic shielding and anti-interference

Electronic equipment shielding: used for internal shielding of electronic products such as mobile phones, notebook computers, tablet computers, GPS navigators, etc., to wrap the motherboard, cable or specific components to prevent electromagnetic wave leakage or external interference.

Communication equipment: used to shield cavities and connection gaps in communication equipment such as base station antennas, routers and set-top boxes to ensure stable signal transmission.

Circuit conduction and grounding

Circuit board (PCB) patching: In PCB manufacturing or maintenance, it is used to repair broken circuit lines and realize temporary or permanent conduction instead of welding.

Flexible circuit board (FPC): used for conductive connection, lead-out or as a part of the circuit of FPC.

Electrical grounding: used for grounding the metal shell of household appliances and office equipment to prevent static electricity accumulation or leakage.

Lithium battery manufacturing (new energy)

Battery cell connection: used for the connection between the tab and the protection plate or the parallel/series conductive connection between batteries in the PACK process of lithium batteries (such as power batteries and energy storage batteries).

Busbar: Replacing part of metal bus bar, used for current collection and transmission in battery module.

Transformer and Motor Manufacturing

Transformer winding: used for winding production of high-frequency transformers and pulse transformers, and the winding density is improved by using its thin characteristics.

Motor commutator: In some micro-motors, it is used to connect the conductive strips of the commutator.

Heat dissipation and heat conduction

LED lighting: It is used for the heat conduction connection between the high-power LED lamp beads and the heat dissipation aluminum substrate, which helps to conduct heat quickly.

Power device: used for auxiliary heat dissipation of heating elements such as CPU, graphics card chip and power module.

Family gardening and potted plant protection

Protection of potted plants: This is the most common application scenario. Stick the copper foil adhesive tape around the edge of the pot mouth or the middle and upper part of the outside of the pot wall. When snails try to climb into the feeding leaves along the basin wall, they will feel uncomfortable when they touch the copper belt, thus protecting potted flowers, herbs and vegetables indoors and outdoors.

Other industrial applications

Electromagnetic induction: used for making induction coil of induction cooker panel, or as trigger element of induction switch.

Architecture and decoration: used for metal decorative lines in high-grade decoration, edge sealing of furniture or as conductive tape for floor heating system.
